Located in the vibrant coastal district of Glyfada, Eleutherias Terraces is a contemporary residential development defined by the sculptural expression of its terraces and the seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living.
The architectural concept is centered around a series of fluid, layered terraces that wrap the building in continuous horizontal bands. These flowing forms become the project’s defining element, shaping a distinctive identity while softening the overall mass of the building. Inspired by the movement and rhythm of the Mediterranean landscape, the terraces create a sense of lightness and visual continuity, transforming the façade into a dynamic composition of curves, shadows, and greenery.
Large floor-to-ceiling openings dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior spaces, allowing natural light to penetrate deep into the residences while framing uninterrupted views towards the surrounding urban and coastal environment. The result is an architecture that embraces openness, transparency, and a strong connection to nature.
Inside, the residences are conceived as calm and refined living environments. A carefully curated palette of natural stone, warm timber textures, soft fabrics, and bespoke detailing creates an atmosphere of understated luxury. Open-plan living areas encourage spatial fluidity, while custom-designed joinery and integrated architectural elements contribute to a sense of cohesion and timeless elegance.
