Located along the verdant corridor of the Chalandri Stream, Framescape Residences is an exclusive collection of four contemporary homes that explore the relationship between architecture, landscape, and everyday living.
The project is defined by a series of bold architectural frames that sculpt the building’s identity. More than a formal gesture, these framed volumes create deep terraces, enhance privacy, regulate sunlight, and establish a seamless transition between interior and exterior spaces. The architecture transforms the act of dwelling into an experience where nature is constantly present and carefully framed.
The composition is articulated through a restrained palette of light-colored surfaces, warm timber textures, and expansive glazing. Large openings maximize natural light and establish visual connections with the surrounding greenery, while recessed outdoor spaces offer protected environments for relaxation throughout the year.
At ground level, a landscaped entrance sequence integrates water, vegetation, and natural materials to create a calm and welcoming environment. The project embraces a contemporary Mediterranean approach to living, where comfort, sustainability, and a close connection to nature are fundamental design principles.
Despite its compact scale, the building achieves a strong urban presence through the interplay of solid and void, mass and transparency. The sculptural façade creates a dynamic rhythm of projections and recesses, giving each residence a distinct spatial identity while maintaining a cohesive architectural expression.
Framescape Residences embodies KKMK Architects’ vision of timeless residential architecture, precise in its geometry, sensitive to its setting, and designed to elevate everyday life through light, space, and carefully framed views.
