The architectural concept is defined by a series of sculptural horizontal planes that wrap the building in fluid, continuous lines. Generous cantilevered slabs with softly rounded corners create a distinctive silhouette, giving the structure a sense of lightness and movement while providing natural shading and privacy.
Expansive terraces extend the living spaces outward, blurring the boundaries between interior and exterior environments. Transparent glass balustrades reinforce visual continuity, allowing uninterrupted views and maximizing the experience of natural light. Integrated planters and lush greenery become an integral part of the façade composition, softening the geometry and introducing a vibrant, organic layer to the architectural expression.
