The building is conceived as a sculptural composition of horizontal volumes, where generous cantilevered slabs create a distinctive architectural identity while framing expansive terraces for each residence. A series of textured architectural screens wraps around the façades, introducing depth, rhythm, and a dynamic play of light and shadow throughout the day. Carefully integrated openings and geometric cuts enhance the building’s visual lightness, creating a dialogue between solid and void.
Internally, the residences are designed around the principles of simplicity, elegance, and spatial fluidity. Open-plan layouts maximize natural light and create a seamless flow between living, dining, and kitchen areas. Double-height spaces and carefully framed views enhance the feeling of openness, while the architectural composition prioritizes comfort, functionality, and a strong connection to the outdoors.
