Myra Apartments is conceived as a contemporary residential landmark in Elliniko, where fluid architecture, natural light, and Mediterranean living converge into a unified spatial experience. The building’s sculptural form is defined by a sequence of soft, flowing horizontal slabs that create generous terraces and a dynamic interplay of shadow, transparency, and movement.
At the heart of the composition, vertical planted voids introduce nature into the architecture, creating green pockets that soften the building’s presence while enhancing privacy and environmental performance. The integration of vegetation becomes both an aesthetic and experiential element, bringing texture, depth, and seasonal change into everyday living.
Materiality is intentionally restrained and timeless. Smooth white surfaces, warm natural wood textures, and transparent glass balustrades establish a refined architectural language that reflects the lightness and elegance of contemporary Mediterranean design. The flowing structural lines give the building a distinctive identity while maintaining a sense of balance and serenity.
